The service

Sparrio helps people find independent sports venues, send booking requests and find other players for a game. Sparrio is not a party to the agreement between you and a venue.

Accounts and age

You must be at least 13 to create an account, and 18 or older to use the social features (game listings, applications, follows). Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and accept these terms when you register.

Bookings

A booking request becomes a booking only when the venue confirms it. Prices, deposits, cancellation and no-show rules are set by the venue and shown in its listing. The app does not take payments; any deposit is arranged with the venue outside the app. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on your account.

Game listings and content

Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, sexual content, gambling promotion and illegal activity are prohibited. Content is filtered, can be reported and blocked, and we may remove it and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You are responsible for what you publish.

Venues

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, their prices and their compliance with local law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete my account) or via the account deletion page. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Liability

Sport involves risk. Sparrio does not operate venues and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for injuries, property damage, venue conduct or the behaviour of other users.
